J S Bach in Altadena CA 2:00 PM Saturday May 21

I know that most of you LA steelers will be in Vista Saturday for Harvey's jam event, but for those of you who don't have $100 in gas money to drive to Vista, maybe you would enjoy Bruce Lofgren and his quartet at the Coffee Gallery Backstage in Altadena (2029 Lake Avenue). The show will be all Bach all the time, and I will be playing my Zum on the easy stuff. On the faster pieces such as finale to BWV 1052 I have to fall back on the keyboard. In fact, that reminds me that as Gary Graffman said, I really should be practicing.

NOTE : this will a matinee show from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
